Build your Coach Clone with the system. If by the end of your first week you can't produce a personalised, client-ready plan in under 5 minutes, we'll refund your purchase — and offer to get on a call and set it up with you personally.

To claim it, email support@fitnessclientengine.shop within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a quick note on where you got stuck (a screenshot of your prompt attempt is perfect — it also helps us fix it for you on the spot if you'd like that instead).

Add-ons and one-time offers

Order bumps and post-purchase add-ons (The Prompt Vault, Done-For-You Client Machine, Starter Machine) are covered by the same 7-day window when refunded together with the main product. Because they are instantly-delivered template packs, standalone refunds on add-ons are reviewed case by case — write to us and we'll be fair.

How refunds are processed

Cancellations

Our products are one-time purchases with instant digital delivery, so there is nothing to "cancel" after payment — the refund policy above applies instead. Since nothing is shipped, there are no shipping or return charges of any kind.
